The physician who dispenses the Medical Foods such as Sentra AM, Sentra PM and or Theramine, typically write a medical necessity letter or report as part of their documenting the dispensing of Medical Foods. Each product has an NDC number, and each product has a suggested retail price (SRP) also known as usual and customary price registered with the Red Book and or Medispan.
